The Graduate School has limited funding available to support student travel to an academic conference to present a paper. This funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis each academic year. You may apply for the travel fund only when you have documentation that your paper has been accepted and no later than 4 weeks before the date of the meeting. It is limited to one $400 award per graduate student career, but not everyone who applies will be funded if this account has already been exhausted for the current year.
Instructions on how to apply for the travel fund and the required application form are available here. Note that while it says the award is limited to Lawrence students, in fact Edwards Campus students are also eligible.
